AUCTION NIGHT RAISES $30,000 FOR HERCEPTIN HEROINES
The eight Herceptin Heroines hosted a dinner and auction event in Auckland on February 23. MC Jools Topp and entertainers The Beat Girls headlined the evening, raising over $30,000 for legal costs.
Jan McLean flew to Auckland with two beautifully crafted one -of-a-kind dolls,named Madeline and Sigfreda.
These dolls were made especially for the event, raising $15,000 at auction.
Chris Walsh (the spokesperson for the Herceptin Heroines) was thrilled with the amount raised.
